"Bourne 5" will see the arrival of Matt Damon as Jason Bourne. The on-screen character last assumed the notorious part in 2007's "The Bourne Ultimatum," and he recently gave a few hints of what's in store for fans in the upcoming film.
Addressing Buzzfeed, Damon said that he and chief Paul Greengrass thought of another story motivated by a late,genuine political embarrassment, particularly about the aftermath from the data that was revealed by Edward Snowden.
"Without giving a lot of it away, it's Bourne through a starkness perplexed Europe and in a post-Snowden world. It appears sufficiently like has transformed, you know?" said the 44-year-old performer to the site.
Snowden stood out as truly newsworthy in 2013 when he released characterized data from the U.S. National Security Agency. The data revealed numerous worldwide surveillance programs, some of them keep running by the NSA. Congressperson John McCain even compared Snowden to Jason Bourne, having said in 2013 that some Americans see him as the genuine adaptation of the prominent character.
